How to book an appointment?
Please contact us by telephone, email or via social media and we will happily book in a date and time to suit you.


I'm not sure what I need, can I come in for a chat?
Yes, absolutely. We offer free, no obligation consultations to discuss a treatment package best suited to your needs and goals. Drop us a message to book a time that's convenient for you.

Do you require a booking fee?
All bookings require a non refundable £50 booking fee which will be offset against the cost of your treatment plan.

Can I move my appointment?
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice in order to transfer the date. 


Cancellations
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel with less than 72 hours to go, unfortunately a new booking fee will be required to secure another date.

What if I'm running late to my appointment?
We are often booked to full capacity. If you show up more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to go ahead with your treatment which could result in you losing your booking fee.

Can I give parental permission for my child to have a treatment?
You must be over the age of 18 to recieve any aesthetic treatment. Please be prepared to show ID if asked.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, absolutely! Gift vouchers make the perfect gift, and can be purchased by contacting us directly. We will post out a gift voucher to you, or you can collect from the studio if preferred. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Is there car parking on site?
There is plenty of on street parking directly outside. Alternatively, North Place Car Park is a very large car park just 5 minutes walk away.

Can I bring someone to the appointment?
Please attend your appointment alone (unless previously agreed) to avoid over crowding. Children are not permitted into the studio under any circumstances. 

What happens at the appointment?

Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation, and completion of a medical questionnaire. We will answer any questions you may have, and we fully inform you of any potential risks and complications. We discuss realistic expectations so both parties are satisfied with the outcome. Once you have made an informed decision, you will sign a consent form and photographs will be taken as part of the medical record.
